Refund and Cancellation Policy: The company automatically covers its trades based on risk calculation. It reserves the right to cancel any trade made outside of automated calculation for any reason, regardless of type or position. Arbitrage trading and scalping are not accepted in any form and will be considered illegal trades. Refund Example: The client has the right to a full refund of their unused funds. If the client has lost their funds, a refund of these funds will not be made, and the company will not be held responsible. To receive a refund, the client must provide a full KYC document package. Upon receipt of these documents, we will process the request, and the company will initiate the refund process to the same deposit method originally specified by the client, within 7 days, excluding transfer fees.
